experienced in the Upper Manhattan Market and are eager to build a team to work under
them. We offer a comprehensive incentive program to encourage our senior agents to

Overview:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build and nurture A.N. Shell Realty Group`s relationships with its customers. This includes meeting with potential buyer, greeting drop-ins, placing advertisements and responding to inquiries, as well as maintaining personal networks. Close sales. Match buyers with compatible properties, showing property, negotiating offers and suggesting changes. Keep abreast of industry news and trends. Study listings, visit properties, participate in educational opportunities, join local organizations and read industry publications.
QUALIFICATIONS:
** You must hold a current NY State Real Estate License
** You must have current or recent R.E. Agent experience in NYC rentals and/or sales
** You must be organized, well-spoken, and possess excellent written communication skills
** Marketing skills, spreadsheet, and web site management, are definite pluses.
COMPUTER SKILLS:
Microsoft, Word, Excel etc is a plus.
LICENSES:
Candidate must already be Licensed, or enrolled in RE licensing class in NY State.
Generous commission splits and performance based incentives available.
We are seeking determined, dedicated and ambitious self-starters with good work ethics to join our Sales and Rental team. You need to have a pleasant phone manner and professional appearance, and should be able to work independently. You also need strong oral and written skills, computer proficiency and the ability to work on weekends and holidays.
